birds of paradise..

an unlimited broadcasting station...........

I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.

quote by: George Washington Carver.

The gift of joy

In friendship's fragrant garden,
There are flowers of every hue.
Each with its own fair beauty
And its gift of joy for you

IRIS..

Since Iris is the Greek goddess for the Messenger of Love, her sacred flower is considered the symbol of communication and messages.  Greek men would often plant an iris on the graves of their beloved women as a tribute to the goddess Iris, whose duty it was to take the souls of women to the Elysian fields

As bright as the sun...

As fiery as a blazing fire,
and bright as the morning sun
this caught my eye and I think,
it represents gaiety and fun!

Caught you little bee!

So now I know little bee,
how you steal all that honey,
from lovely flowers and fruits,
that smile when it's warm and sunny!
